  1. Store Style Sheet As File. Under vBulletin Options -> Style And Language Settings
  2. Restrict bot crawling to reduce duplicate content. Use our vBulletin robots.txt
  3. Increase cached post lifespan. vBulletin Options -> Settings and Optimization Settings. Leave the setting at 1
  4. Automatically quote post/thread title to increase keyword density. vBulletin options -> Message Posting and Editing Options

These five small tips can have your vBulletin forum running slightly better then what it would with default settings. Some of these options such as quoting your post/thread titles, and storing CSS as files will help with spiders as well.
