Topic Title and Teaser at top of page

How did you put the title of the thread and the teaser at the top of the page like that? More importantly, how can I do that?

This is part of vBSEO features called relevant replacements.

In a standard vBulletin installation you can use the Use heading tags to increase page SEO | SEO vB article to place more keywords on the page. I don't think there is anyway to get the teaser text though without vBSEO unless a modification exists over at vBulletin.org

It is very important with SEO to have relevant titles. The reason being that the SEs use the titles to list the links. People will click on the title that most resembles what they are looking for, so that means that the SEs will weight those titles more.

How to do it is usually with a change in the script that you are using.
